It worked for me hope it works for everybody else. Use the registry tool option in CCleaner and click on the scan for issues button then select scan all issues or fix selected issue(if u know what u don't want to fix), select yes when it asks you for a backup creation and there you go see the magic unfold when I just fixed it on my pc running windows 7.
